Robert DeNiro Chef Nobu

Robert DeNiro’s hospitality gem, Nobu Hotels made an announcement yesterday along with Eden Roc Miami Beach that multi-million dollars will be spent on revitalizing Nobu Hotel’s second property in the U.S..

The new Nobu is described to be a “hotel within a hotel concept” with 210 guest rooms, a Nobu restaurant and bar (of course, and it’ll be gastronomic!), a new beach front restaurant, new banquet and catering menus, unique in-room dining options, 20,000 square feet of spa and fitness center, over 70,000 square feet of re-energized and stylish meeting and event space, and two magnificent pools.

Similar to the Nobu in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the Penthouse will be on the 15th floor, featuring (what else) a panoramic view of Miami. Guests will receive VIP access to the hotel pool and lounge.

Chef Nobu, Robert DeNiro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper have successfully created one of the most luxurious and creative brands in hospitality. Whether it’s a restaurant, bar or hotel, Nobu projects speak to today’s travelers as fun, theatrical and luxurious. With hotels across the world (Riyadh, Chicago, London…and more,) Chief Executive of Nobu Hospitality Tervor Horwell expressed excitement toward the renovation of the Miami hotel:

We are excited to be putting the plans in place for the creation of an exceptional, luxury property at the iconic Eden Roc…Chef Nobu, Robert DeNiro and Meir Teper are passionate to create a property that will intertwine fun and luxury to offer guests from around the world a unique and exciting Miami experience.

David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group will be leading the interior design of the renovation by using lush and natural materials, combining with a modern style inspired from Japan and Miami Beach.
